- Free Pick-up(by customer)
This is an easy service that is available for customers in or near Ho Chi Minh City. To avail this service – Any order value is ok. Prior arrangements regarding the date and time of pickup:

2. Shipment with a Delivery Company
This is the standard delivery option available for customers all over Vietnam. We ship with GHTK, VNPOST and VIETTEL. They will provide a tracking number and link to help trace the progress of the package.
Shipping costs to all Cities can be confirmed through our team at hotline or contact to transport Company
► We pay the delivery costs if the order is over 2mn vnd within Ho Chi Minh City
► Fast Shipment through Viettel costs 4k per kg within Vietnam
► The packages are sent from Monday to Friday.
► As per our experience, it takes 2-7 working days for the order to reach the customer after dispatch.
► If the package returns back to us because the address or name on the doorbell was wrong, or the recipient is unknown, shipping may be charged (per box) for re-sending the package.
► Packages that get returned to Pans Global Grocery (for any reason) cost 100k. This cost may or may not be transferred to the customer depending on the circumstances and at the company’s discretion.
► If an order that has already been shipped, gets returned to us because the customer does not want it anymore and needs to be canceled, the shipment cost will be deducted from the order amount at the time of refund. The price of products that are damaged in this process will not be returned.
In some cases, delays can arise at PG Grocery’s end if some ordered product is out of stock and is expected in the next 1-5 days. If longer, the company contacts the customer.
